Early adopters can leverage existing enterprise solutions to enable secure and federated data sharing, aligning with the core principles of data spaces. Yet, the challenge of achieving interoperability between various technology solutions—crucial for the success of European data spaces—still persists.

The Data Spaces Support Centre is committed to fostering the creation of common data spaces that empower data sovereignty, interoperability, and trustworthy data sharing. Our mission is to enable the secure reuse of data within and across sectors, fully aligned with EU values, while supporting the growth and resilience of the European economy and society. Funded by the European Commission under the Digital Europe Program, we serve public sector organizations and companies seeking to build and maintain sovereign data spaces that drive innovation, collaboration, and the responsible use of data across Europe.
